Hi! I’m Matt Charles, a game development and publishing professional.
For nearly 20 years, I’ve worked as a development-side producer helping all shapes of development teams achieve their vision, including the first three Borderlands games, and then shipped many more games as the head of product development at a major publisher, acting as the primary conduit between development teams and publishing/business interests.
It’s never been easier to pick up development tools and start making a game, but the business landscape today hasn’t gotten easier. When it comes to projects: I have seen it before, I can help, and I am excited to share what I learned with you.
More than anything else, what I love to do is help teams make their games.
